Original Packaging
All returns must be accompanied with the product in its original packaging and the purchase invoice. Make it call or send an email of the product.
Returning Goods
Goods purchased from this website can be returned to our company Bhakti Enterprises.
Before returning any item, you must obtain a return authorization. You must inform us of your invoice number. We will then supply you with a return's authorization number.
It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and they reach Cargo World.
When returning your purchase you must first provide a Proof of Purchase (Order Confirmation Email) and where possible the goods in original unopened packaging.
Once received back, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be made via your original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven 7 days.
Delivery Charges
Any goods rejected under the Returns Policy and is being damaged, faulty or incorrect (even no fault of your own) will be delivered to you free of charge.
